Expert C1 Training
10-Hour C1 Training Course
A focused 10-hour C1 training course delivered on a one-to-one basis and tailored to your existing driving experience. The course includes training, test preparation and one attempt at both the DVSA 3a reversing test and DVSA 3b on-road practical test.
3a Reversing Test
Learn the observation, vehicle control and positioning skills required to complete the DVSA 3a reversing exercise safely and accurately. One 3a test attempt is included with the 10-hour course.
3b Practical Driving Test
Develop your skills in real-world driving situations including road positioning, junctions, roundabouts, observation, speed management and safe handling of a larger vehicle. One 3b practical test attempt is included with the 10-hour course.

I'm Tom Leonard, a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor with extensive experience across driver training, emergency ambulance operations and professional large-vehicle driving. My driving background includes frontline emergency ambulance work, HGV C+E and PSV vehicles, giving me practical experience of the challenges involved in safely handling larger vehicles. Having worked within the ambulance sector myself, I particularly understand the needs of candidates preparing to join the frontline. C1 training is delivered one-to-one, allowing me to tailor each session to your experience, confidence and individual training needs.
